ELIGIBILITY: Lifters must be current USPA members. Memberships are $50 for adults (High School–$25). Good for one year from date of purchase. Must purchase online before contest at http://uspa.net/membership.html
WEIGHT CLASSES: Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+
Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 198+
RULES: Current USPA rules. One-piece wrestling type singlet must be worn as a minimum for all lifters. Raw division: allows one piece singlet, 4 inch belt, wristwraps, and kneesleeves. Single Ply division: allows all single ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits as noted on the approved USPA rules. No velcro straps allowed on squat and deadlift suit in single ply. Velcro allowed on bench shirt, but must close the back completely—no open back shirts. Multi ply division: allows all multi ply gear including velcro straps on deadlift suit. Open back bench shirts are also allowed in the Multi ply division only but must cover the shoulder. Long socks are required for all lifters in all categories in the deadlift event.

AWARDS: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class

ENTRY FEE: $100.00 per lifter, add $50 if entering additional event or division (Ex. DL & BP=2 awards or PL & BP=2 awards)
DEADLINE: Must be completed by June 26th.
