That a Bench press should be pushed in an elongated "S" over the head.

I fractured my spine. I blew out two discs and broke one vertabrae. I used

Lots of food with protein. I wish it was better, but I really dont watch my

Creatine and protein, that is about it. I only take the creatine prior to a

Lots of books, Magazines and from those who have been there and done it. I
also learn alot from my own body.
16. What changes would you like to see in powerlifting?
I know it will probably never happen, but it would be AWESOME of a guy
could get paid enoug doing this sport to make a living.
17. If you’ve ever had to cut weight for a powerlifting contest, what did
you do?
Havent really had to cut weight.

First, My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, without whom I would have nothing.
Any trophies and awards can not come close to the grace that He has shown

Thanks Guys! And of course BIG DAVE MARCHANT who introduced me to competing
in this sport, Thanks Big Dave! And even though my wife hates this sport
and thinks I am obsessed (which I am) I want to thank her, my wife is
second to none, a truly special woman. Thanks
